We provide the platform and services to facilitate these transactions but are not a party to the agreements between hosts and guests.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (or 25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Have a valid driver's license in good standing
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host. Prices are set by hosts and may vary based on demand, seasonality, and other factors.

Payment is processed through our secure payment system. We charge a service fee for each transaction. Full payment terms and cancellation policies are available during the booking process.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected by the host and our platform policies.

Hosts are responsible for:

• Ensuring their vehicles are safe, clean, and in good working condition
• Maintaining proper insurance coverage
• Providing accurate descriptions and photos of their vehicles
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treating guests with respect and professionalism
• Honoring confirmed bookings unless extraordinary circumstances arise

CharterNow serves as a platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the actual rental transactions, vehicle condition, or interactions between users.

In no event shall CharterNow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CharterNow and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason including breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
