Prohibited Activities
These activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Discrimination
Discriminating against guests based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
Unsafe Vehicles
Listing vehicles that are not roadworthy, lack proper insurance, or have known safety issues
Fraudulent Listings
Creating fake listings, using misleading photos, or misrepresenting vehicle features
Off-Platform Transactions
Attempting to conduct business outside of the CharterNow platform to avoid fees
Review Manipulation
Creating fake reviews, bribing guests for positive reviews, or retaliating against negative feedback
Inappropriate Content
Posting offensive, sexual, or inappropriate content in listings or communications
Enforcement & Consequences
We take violations seriously and apply appropriate consequences based on the severity of the issue.
First-time or minor violations receive a formal warning
Temporary removal of listings for moderate violations
Temporary ban from the platform for serious violations
Complete removal from platform for severe or repeated violations
